Mr. Bless Henry Atoklo is a seasoned financial expert, tax consultant, and strategic leader, serving as the Chief Operations Officer and a Board Member at APL. He is responsible for overseeing strategy development, business planning, and implementation, ensuring operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

Bless is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana. He also earned a BA in Sociology & Political Science, equipping him with a strong analytical and strategic mindset.

As a tax consultant, he provides expert financial and tax advisory services, helping APL navigate complex financial landscapes. His leadership and expertise in finance, strategy, and taxation contribute significantly to the company’s vision and long-term success.
