8. Termination of Services
Ad-Precision Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate services provided to any client if we determine that they are in violation of these Terms and Conditions. This includes failure to pay fees, breach of confidentiality, or any illegal or unethical conduct. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered will remain due.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ghana or Liberia or Sierra Leone, and the jurisdiction will lie with the courts in Ghana or Liberia or Sierra Leone.
