10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ghana or Liberia or Sierra Leone, and the jurisdiction will lie with the courts in Ghana or Liberia or Sierra Leone.
